Information we collect

• SMS information: mobile number, conversation content, SMS consent status and related records, such as consent date, source and the disclosure version presented.
• Website usage information: page visits, referrals, browser and device information, approximate location and interactions such as phone-link clicks and successful consultation requests. Our website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the contact form or text messages.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss your project and provide requested services. We use SMS information to respond about your inquiry when you have agreed to texts, document permission and honor opt-outs. Website usage information helps us understand how visitors find and use the site and improve it.

SMS permission is separate from submitting an inquiry. Providing a number without agreeing to texts does not authorize SMS replies. This SMS program does not send promotional texts or recurring notification subscriptions.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent for another organization's use.

Service providers may process SMS information solely on our behalf as necessary to store consent records, deliver messages and operate the customer care service. They are not given permission to use that information for their own marketing.

Service providers and other disclosures

Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree for contact form delivery and Google Analytics for website measurement. Our SMS delivery uses Bandwidth through our custom messaging application. These providers process relevant information to perform their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not intentionally send contact form field contents or SMS consent records to Google Analytics. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect security and legal rights. These provisions do not authorize sharing mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Your choices

• You can submit an inquiry without opting in to SMS or ask us to respond by phone or email.
• Reply STOP to withdraw SMS permission. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for service, security, legal or consent/opt-out purposes.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and messaging information as needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain consent and opt-out records and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
