SMS Terms

These SMS terms apply to customer care text messages from R&R Technical Services LLC (R&R Technical Services) at (989) 266-8600. SMS availability is subject to service activation and your carrier's support.

What we text about

We use text messaging to respond to customer-initiated inquiries about our technical services. Messages are limited to answering questions and discussing the customer's specific inquiry or requested project. This SMS program is not used for promotional texts, bulk marketing or recurring notification subscriptions.

Your choice and consent

You may agree to receive customer care texts by:

• Starting a text conversation with R&R at (989) 266-8600 after reviewing the texting disclosure on our Contact page. Your agreement covers replies about that inquiry, not unrelated future messages.
• Providing your mobile number and checking the optional SMS permission box on our contact form.
• Giving express verbal permission during a call after we explain the SMS purpose, frequency, potential charges, help and opt-out instructions.

Providing your phone number, submitting a general inquiry or being an existing customer does not by itself authorize SMS replies. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can contact us by phone or use the contact form without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages from R&R. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out; no further customer care texts will be sent unless you expressly agree again. You may also contact us by phone or email to withdraw SMS permission.

Privacy

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use and service providers.

Delivery and updates

Message delivery depends on network and carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Changes do not expand your consent to unrelated messages or marketing.
