By offering multiple types of support, R&R Technical Services can take care of issues faster. If a client just has a question or we are responding to an alert, we can connect remotely to very quickly take a look. If the client has a bigger problem or needs in person help, we will come on site to assist and resolve the problem. We will also come on site periodically just to check on the physical hardware and the people running it. Remote work is great but it is not a replacement for old fashioned face-to-face interaction.
R&R Technical Services usually conducts most of our support remotely so we have network engineers available at all times. With that being said, we spend a fair amount of time on site, working with the client and their physical equipment. If we need to come on site, rest assured we will be there!
